Klassic Kraft Kollection by TealBluCrafter

All these Roses have been handmade by me
and I'm extremely proud of them. They are
currently being made for Cathie, owner of
the Etsy.com Shoppe...Discount Paper Crafts.
Klassic Kraft Kollection is an original
 name specific to these flowers.
It took me a long time to make them and even
longer to respectively name them.
My flowers are not allowed to be copied onto anyone's
blog unless you contact me first. This is
to protect my hard work and your interest
as well. Thank you so so much for passing
by and please leave me a comment...I LOVE
TO READ THEM...Until the next time darlings...

Tattered Tea Rose...

Hi ladies and gents...I'm trying to catch up on my blogging and boy
do I miss it. This where I come to let go and share all that's good
and crafty...and sometimes not so crafty. So thank you all for stopping
by and taking a look around and leaving your comments and
"following" me as well. So here's my take on the beloved Tea
Rose from different respective companies. I've done ALOT
of research to come up with this and I'm VERY PROUD, once
more, of myself as I really tried hard to respectively imitate the
larger roses that are so expensive to buy in my LSS or at
the major chain stores. I am doing a tutorial on these so
please visit my YouTube channel...TealBluCrafter...if
you're interested in creating these. Thank you again for
stopping by and you all have a wonderful rest of your
blessed Sunday. It's cold, breezy and the leaves are
piling up...time to cozy up with coffee, hot choco and make
crafty things....LOVE THE FALL!

I didn't add this to the pictures but I did use a
few spritzs of water per flower (2-3) with my Ranger Mister
to break up the fibers of the manila folder paper.
For a detailed tutorial on this and many more flowers

THANK YOU :-)

smaller layouts and use my scraps. This 'Daybook' from
Amy Tangerine fits the bill perfectly!
These smaller layouts enable me to put my scraps
to work along with my older stickers, some stamping
and some random doodling....I'll have this journal filled up
with pics of ME very quickly! I'll keep you posted
with updated pics & posts. Thanks for stopping by...

Good Night....

Wow, I don't think I've been so excited about a new project like I've been about ATC's and Art Tiles. I know they've been around forever and I'm just getting on the wagon with this but I can't help it...it's new to me! LOL! You know that feeling that you get when you first start something...embark on a new project for the 1st time? Well, that was me today, and yesterday...as a matter a fact, it started Wednesday night...who am I kidding...LOL! But I'm all tiled out and atc'd out now...I'm done with my challenge and I might just keep the last few tiles as pieces of genuine emphemera to hand down to my kids! Who knows...maybe they'll be the "vintage" pieces of the future! Okay so with all that said I'm going to bed now and I hope you all have a rest of a good evening/night okay...God Bless you all and I'll will, with the Lords' Will, speak/blog to you all tomorrow....Until Then....

More Art Tiles!

So the top 3 are not accented yet with Liquid Glass
but the last few pics display those tiles that are. As
you can see these tiles can be made in many
different sizes....not just 1x1, but those are the
most fun for me to make...well, they all are...who
am I kidding! Thanks for stopping by and
taking a looksie...(((HUGS))) Laura I. Gonzalez

1st Set of ATC Cards

My 1st set of ATC's...I can see why these
are so addicting! I used several stamps and
distress inks to achieve the end result and I can't
wait to apply some Liquid Glass (CTMH) to
finish them off! Thanks for stopping by ladies...

Happy Friday Blogging

Okay so this week was rough...very rough. But I have to remember that "This too shall pass" and it has so now lets tend to more happy stuff. So what are YOU up to this weekend? Anything new? Going somewhere? Are you getting away from it all? Tag sales, dinner out with the family, hot date, cleaning & catching up? Let me know and share with me! I am headed to the post office tomorrow morning, God permitting of course, to mail out the 2nd installment of my Stamp DeStash along with a few small boxes of RAKS....Random Act of Kindness as I've been the awesome recipient of seveal of those in the past few weeks. I just purchased my first 4G Smart Phone last week and I get unlimited Rhapsody downloads and since I'm child of the 80's and early 90's, I LOVE Freestyle! Not alot of people "get it" when it comes to that type of music but those of us who do LOVE IT! So I'm listening, as I bop and type LOL...to MicMac Original Freestyle! Ahhhhh, the teenage memories these songs stir up in my heart...1st kiss, 1st boyfriend...Uhhhh TMI right...LOL! Okay so now that I'm just happy blogging and crafting and listening to some awesome music I'll let you all go and I hope you all enjoy your weekend regardless of what you do...

Simple Card Series

"Hello Dear" Card
using the K&Co 'Cut-n-Paste' Line

My Daily Check-In...Good Morning...

Let me begin by typing this prayer that was just given to me by Darlene, an RN at the clinic I go to....

Dear Lord,
Having been created in Your image
I am full of unrealized potential
The realization of which
Depends upon my acknowledgment of the potential,
My recgnition of all the gifts from You with which I am
endowed,
And my exploitation of the opportunities that lie open
before me.
Please Lord, help me rise to meet the challenge.
Let me use those gifts for the benefit of ll people.
Dear Lord,
For all that I am
And all that I can be
I thank You...

I don't want to go into too much detail but I will share that this prayer is something I'm passing on to my sister to try to help her in dealing with the massive load she's carrying on her shoulders. And I too wanted to share with you all in the hopes that it will lessen the hurt in your heart if you too are going through a trauma of some sort...big or small...it still hurts and it's still impacts you. And you don't have to be the main source of the illness for it to hurt you or affect your daily exsistence as I'm still in shock and can't seem to shake it off. But today is a new day and the sun is shining and the leaves are just piling up in front of my door. Why I bothered to sweep the front porch area is still questionable but I think the sound of the wind...cold and crisp...and all the leaves blowing in it feels good to my ears. So with that I'll say GOOD MORNING, God Bless and have a good day regardless of what you do....

P.S.....stay tuned for the last installment of my Art Tiles today and the beginning of my ATC for Evy's YouTube Challenge....visit her channel...Turquesadot....for all the details!

Prep Video 3: Lets Play With Some Color!

Ahhhhhhh......Tim Holtz Distress Inks! Tonight Broken China and Victorian Velvet was my weakness. I also took out some CTMH Exclusive INKS in Olive and all 3 tiles came out beautiful!Let me share my hard work with you...ENJOY!!!

Remember that beautiful birdie stamp from the $1.50 bin
at Michael's? Well I do! And it provided me with a pretty
secondary image on top of the scripted image...
HOW COOL IS THIS?

Here is where those gorgeous inks come
into play...didn't these come out FANTASTIC?!?!
Ughhh...I can see why so many of you are
addicted to making these Art Tiles...they truly
are a work of Love & Art!

***FINAL RESULT: 3 BEAUTIFUL ART TILES***

Prep Video 2: Using Gesso & Primary Stamping

So in these pictures I take you through the 2nd half of the project. Please take note to the pictures as this will guide you through the first half of creating a gorgeous, double-stamped image (hope that makes sense!) that will knock your socks off! I'm going to let the rest of the pictures do the talking for me...Shall we........

Prep 2: Here I apply Gesso to both sides of my 3
tiles, taking care to do this 2x's to make sure I
have even coverage. And although it's not
shown, I do use my heat gun
to evenly dry both sides....very important!

Here I used my Jet Black StazOn Ink with my Hero Arts
Manuscript Stamp. That provided me with a clean,
crisp image transfer with no chance of the ink budging
on the Gesso or fading in any way...VERY IMPORTANT!

This is where we repeat step one...start to re-apply one more
coat of Gesso, but lightly...don't cover up your image! Then
gently wipe it off with some tissue paper/paper towel.
Remember...we still want that script image to show. Again...
use your heat gun to help your drying time.
ARE WE HAVING FUN YET?!?!

STAY TUNED FOR PREP VIDEO 3 GIRLS!
That's when we add our color of choice....Ooooo!
